You find the requested articles either on the left side by clicking the different categories or by using the search function ( or enhanced search function ) on the homepage.
For detailed product information please choose the proposed article from the list view.
Please note the following: Orders received until 1. pm ( on workdays ) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are usually delivered on the next working day.
To add an item to your shopping basket, click on the "add to shopping basket" button on the page of the product of your choice.
After you added an item to your shopping basket, you can check and change it in the shopping basket view if requiered.
Please click on "Check out" when you do not yet have a customer account and follow the instructions for account opening.
In the next step you could find our Pickup and Delivery Methods. Shipping costs will be calculated according to thet weight of the parcel.
After clicking "Continue" you can select the desired payment methode, a comment field and our Terms and Conditions. Please read our general terms and conditions prior to ordering and confirm you acceptance of these by clicking the button.
Clicking again on "Continue" will bring a general view of your shipping order.
Wenn alle Angaben wie gewünscht ausgewiesen werden, wird die Bestellung mittels Button "jetzt kaufen" in Auftrag gegeben, eine Eingangsbestätigung Ihrer Bestellung wird auf die im Kundenkonto hinterlegte E-Mail Adresse ausgesendet.
Bestellungen über den Webshop werden automatisch verarbeitet und bieten daher den kostengünstigsten Ablauf.
Auf Wunsch können wir gerne Bestellungen per Mail, Fax, Telefon oder persönlich im Geschäft entgegen nehmen. Da dies einen erheblichen administrativen Mehraufwand darstellt, bitten wir um Verständnis, dass wir dafür zum Web-Shop-Preis einen Abwicklungsaufschlag von 2%, mindestens jedoch 4 € inkl. USt. verrechnen.
